I really enjoyed this book. When I first read the synopsis I thought it sounded pretty ridiculous and far fetched. The book proved me right, however I absolutely loved it. The author brings the perfect amount of humour into the book, often through references to politics. And despite being about a murder, it is lighthearted fun.

Even though the characters are fictional and the personalities are completely changed, the references to real people and places made it just realistic enough.

The writing style made the book very easy to read and it flowed well. The book is very much plot driven, because of this I didn’t feel we got to know all of the characters as much as I would have liked. This is the only reason I gave the book four instead of five stars.

I will definitely be looking out for any more books by this author as it was an absolute joy to read.
