This was inventive and unusual, who would think the Queen would have detecting skills?
When she has a "Sleep and dine" at Windsor castle a musician by the name of Maksim Brodsky is found the morning after murdered.
The Queen horrified at what has happened and trying to minimise scandal does her best to help the authorities but at the same time is on a mission to solve this case along with a generous amount of help from her secretary Rozie.
Can they catch the killer in time before they strike again?
Fun, in a strange way light hearted and an all round good murder mystery.
Looking forward to the next case she is going to crack!
Definitely one for the cozy murder mystery fans out there, quite refreshing and a quirky tale involving the Queen as the detective.
An inventive plot with an engaging storyline and lashings of humour.
I particularly liked the character of Rosie.
