I like the concept of the book. It takes a new narrative about the Queen which allows for all kinds of twists and turns. It is weird imaging the Queen being a detective and solving crimes all while doing her royal duties in Windsor castle. The author has put a new twist on mystery’s. The cases the Queen solves are all interesting and allow for a good story.
I think this approach to a mystery book has worked and keeps the reader hooked. From the first chapter I was hooked and intrigued on how the Queen can manage to solve cases and still do her royal duties. Overall it was a good book it could just be a more quick paced in some places instead of unneeded waffle.
The cover of the book is also nice and caught my eye which is a key thing for most books.
