This looks like being another 'gem' from Caroline Bond!

As I've previously read four of Caroline Bond's novels (three of which were 5* reads and the other 4*) I expected to enjoy my 'First Look' at her latest story ... and I did! I already feel an engagement with the characters of Thea and Denise and able to relate to the stresses they're facing ... and the need to escape the tedium and anxieties of everyday life! I know that this author always manages to make her stories multi-faceted and thought-provoking as well as entertaining so I'm sure this one will be no exception ... in fact, knowing that 'St Abbs Head' (a place I love!) is where the two friends will make their huge decision, I decided I'd love to join them on their journey there!!
I'd be attracted by the colourful, evocative cover if I saw this novel in a bookshop.
