What a great read, just the type of story you want to read when you are having a lazy day. Inspired by the Thelma and Louise script the prologue keeps you guessing what the finale is going to be.
The book comprises short chapters written from the point of view of each of the two main characters, generally alternating with a few exceptions. Thea and Denise(ironic naming) only met a few weeks ago and ended up for different reasons going on a road trip together. They are very different characters but bond very quickly. They have some very similar and some completely different 'problems' they are trying to resolve with this journey. There is laughter, sadness and rage along the way.
Several times when I thought I could second guess what was going to happen next I was proved wrong. At several points I was deciding if I thought the story was going to end well or not.
Well worth a read.
