I expected more mystery from this book, but, nonetheless, I liked it.
The story is about Hope, a girl who goes on holiday with all of her boy friends, after her girls' holiday is cancelled. After too many drinks, Hope finds herself alone one morning, her skirt up, laying on a beach. And her friends are nowhere to be seen.
The narrative follows three characters: Hope, Logan and Daisy.
The story is mysterious, yet there are many questions left unanswered and too many mysteries unsolved.
I liked the writing style: simple, compelling and attracting. The characters were great, however their age does not correspond to their actions: no student in Year 12 goes on holiday with their friends and drink until they blackout.
