I wasn't quite sure what to make of this story. It was easy to read, and obviously had a lot of depth to the story. I felt like I wanted to find out more about the characters, particularly their backgrounds and what would happen next. It felt a bit like a story along the lines of Jonathan Franzen or someone like that where there is so much to it and all the lives interlink, and there is lots to find out. Although this appeals to some people, I feel like I would not be as keen to finish reading it. I think it would probably take too long to get to the parts that I want to read and in between I would have to wade through a lot to get there.
