I had no idea what was going on most of the time!
I should put a disclaimer here that I'm not really the target audience for this book and haven't read any of the previous instalments.
Possibly because of this I really struggled to follow what on earth was going on! It's clearly following on straight from it's predecessor and hits the ground running so hard that I couldn't figure out who was who and what was what until I was about halfway through!
There are so many threads to the book - from a sister kidnapped 9 years ago, a drug taking football team. Digby and Zoe's romance and the burglary of some back up tapes for an extremely poorly and reclusive rich bloke that it was just too frenetic for me.
Zoe and Digby as the main characters are a likeable fun pair but I just felt exhausted by the time I'd got to the last page. I prefer a slightly more relaxing read I guess!
