I love T.M. Logan's books and from reading the first look, this sounds like it's going to be brilliant! A gripping and intriguing start when a woman called Ellen is left holding a stranger's baby on the train after the woman got off at a stop. On the seat, there's a rucksack full of baby stuff and inside is a note telling her to look after baby Mia and not to trust anyone.
When Ellen arrives at her stop, she gets off the train with Mia but is frightened when she spots a man following her and the station is also packed with rowdy football fans who are quite intimidating. She decides to keep quiet and not tell anyone about what's happened and hops into a taxi outside the station.
Curiouser and curiouser! I'm already hooked! I'm now desperate to read on and I can't wait to find out what happens next!
I like the cover – it's rather bleak and chilling. Rather appropriate for this tense thriller!
