I loved this novel! It drew you in straight away with the intrigue of a mother leaving her baby with a stranger telling her not to trust anyone and the pace doesn’t let up until the end.
With a variety of different characters in the spotlight and the mystery of what is so special about this baby I powered through this book in 3 days and was not disappointed!
The writing style was effortless and fast paced making it an easy read. The chapters written from other characters points of view was a great insight and it made the book more intriguing.
Unfortunately as I got closer to the end of the book I got a sneaky suspicion of who was the criminal and it became a little obvious but I wouldn’t take that away from just how good the book was.
I would definitely recommend the author as I enjoyed his writing style and genre of novel, someone who I will definitely look out for in future.
