Absolutely loved reading this book and devoured it in a few days. The characters really tugged at my heart strings and wound me up to the point of hatred, which I love when reading. I really felt for childless Ellen and really hoped that the story would be kind to her in some way. From about half way through, I developed a theory on why Mia was so highly sought after and why Ellen had been the chosen one to rescue her. I had many ideas, one of which turned out to be correct and I'd guessed who the 'ghost' was well before the end. I enjoyed how much in doubt I was though, and liked how the author had deceived me by leading my mind down so many other paths of suspicion. This is my second T.M Logan book that I have read and enjoyed now, and will be hunting down more in the future. A great, easy to get into thriller that kept me wanting to read on at every opportunity I had!
