This book was such an amazing read, alluring to say the least it had me gripped from start to finish and the storyline was filled with excitement, mystery and adventure. This book has pulled me in and left me with so many questions, I was really drawn into the story I liked the writing and found it easy to imagine myself there in Rome. Lottie’s present-day life seems plausible rather than too glamorous to be improbable. Neither is she a blinkered fool who fails to consider what other people might be up to. Nina is full of talents and compassion. I myself resonated a lot with Lottie and all her experiences and I also love a good mystery, but the thing that drew me in the most was a cover it was such an elegant and simple piece of artwork that told the whole story of the book itself it was so captivating and an overall joy just like the book itself, it was an adventure and such an elegant read it took you on a rollercoaster of emotions as you anticipated what would happen next.
