Not for me.

The characters are annoying, self righteous and, to me, have a horrendous sense of entitlement.

Everyday around the country there are women dealing with the same sort of issues without the "woe is me" attitude.

This book just made me angry and I just wanted to take the lead character to the side and have a word "woman up"

Spoilt children who get everything they want, "heartbroken" ex wife who is not coping as her ex has a new wife. Have some dignity, have a chat with the children and stop holding yourself hostage to the past.

As you can tell, this book angered me greatly. Blah blah blah, soppy woman - no backbone, giving in to children, mum on hand to give all the help needed.

Not interested in getting past the first three chapters.

Not my cup of tea, apparently this is a really funny book (other people have said) but for me, it is only the third book that I have "Did Not Finish" in all my years of reading
