love love love
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it was an easy read which allowed me to lose myself in the story and enjoy the protagonist's journey. It showed a raw and realistic representation of motherhood and the difficulties of balancing single life, caring for a child and working.
I wanted to jump into the book and hug Robin because things were not going her way, I also wanted to punch the guy she was dating in the face for being so rude. I couldn't help but read the book in Louise Pentland's voice so I kept picturing Robin as Louise and I do not know if that made me like it more or less.
This book is definitely a perfect holiday read and I could not put it down. Robin is the kind of character that you can imagine being friends with. I wanted to ring her up and see if she wanted to grab some coffee.
