I can’t wait to read the rest of this! the start really draws you in Sara and her husband Matthew have been separated for 4 months now. After a flight home she checks her answering machine to Matthew saying he loves her and screaming in terror, when she goes over to his house he has been nailed to the floor killed. It mentions Sara’s previous partner was killed too & the detective seems to have a lot going on, hinting on of something seriously bad that happened to him in his past! Aw I’m really excited for this one! Love a good crime !
