It would seem that fame does crazy things to people and that as a star is born they believe they are above the authorities.
Lara King's 6 year old daughter Ava goes missing. She was last seen getting out of her mum's car to have a wee. After a few minutes Lara realises that Ava has been longer than normal and gets out the car to find that Ava is no where in sight. As Lara tries to find her daughter, her life as she knows it in front of the public, comes under even more scrutiny than normal, when the past comes back to bite her on the bum.
This was an average read, all throughout the story you are left hanging, waiting for a little more of the secrets and lies to unfold. There were a couple of times when I thought about jacking it in, but then as I got closer to the end all became clear. The ending is definitely worth the wait.
