I really liked the opening of this, I feel like it set up the characters really well without just dumping a lot of information of the reader.
Its nice to have a book set in the UK rather than America, for me as a reader it makes it more relevant.
The monologue at the beginning was also very intriguing, we assume it is the 'house' talking and that suggests that something terrible happens once the family move in.
I really enjoyed the premise of this book and really want to know what happens next when the family move into the high tech house.
I definitely want to continue reading this book.
