The prologue is intriguing and hooks you in. The 'New House' doesn't sound like somewhere I'd want to live - but it makes for a ideal sinister setting...and the backstory about the tragic loss of Grace and the aftermath is heartbreaking. All in all this feels like it should be a good read.
