The book looks like an interesting read. I like the cover, as it gives the Impression of somebody under surveillance, the stairs traditionally leading to the parts of a house that should be sanctuary, showing that nothing is safe and that the novel may get into quite frightening territory.
I like the plot and that it shows a family picking up the pieces after devastating events. It seems like a novel that tackles issues that a lot of other novels do not go near, and that the place you should be safest in, is not always so. The novel strikes me as a thriller but I feel it may go into directions I have not expected.
