I read Demon Seed for the first time about 20 years ago and I have read it so many times since then, as it is a thriller that really stayed with me. 17 Church Row definitely has echoes of Demon Seed, with an advanced home that isn't all it seems to be. I definitely am interested to read more to see how the plot develops.
