I have to say, for the first half of the book I was gripped and couldn't put it down, but soon after the midway point I found I lost interest a bit as it was just so far fetched.
As the plot developed I made some predictions of my own and thought I knew how things were going to pan out. I was surprised to find out that the mystery cat character was not in fact the same person as Katy. When I found out who was the mastermind behind all the terrible goings on and violent disasters I was fairly surprised.
I was a bit disappointed by how ridiculous the ending was, but I did like the way each character's involvement was made clear.
It has put me off buying an Alexa/similar AI device anytime soon!
