17 Church Row is a masterpiece. James Carol has such a way with words where you are able to feel everything that Nikki does. This is everything I look for in a thriller. There have been many occasions where I have been shaking with anxiety through the language chosen in specific scenes. If you want to read a book that portrays emotion realistically and fills you with nerves then this is the one for you! I really enjoyed reading it and it was a pleasure to get my mitts on it early. I also need to say how good the cover is, it really sets the scene for the house and the raised details adds more to the dimensions of the house and Alice (the AI system). If you’re looking for a new book to read, this is definitely the one.
