Oh my goodness, I found this book amazing. From the start I was hooked, the sadness of the loss of a child, the excitement and apprehension about the move to a new house. My interest was sparked with the technology the new house, especially Alice, brought to each of their lives. Everything seemed perfect. The characters are believable and likeable. The plot twists and the interjectory chapters from Katie's perspective were enough to keep my imagination fuelled. Right up until the moment the author reveals what is actually going on, who each character is and how they intertwine, I have to admit I was clueless and nowhere near working it out.
This was a great read, a page turner and unlike some other books, gave a satisfying, credible outcome.
