Just to clarify, this is only a first impression review. But wow. I didn't have particularly high expectations of this, as its not my usual genre of choice. From the moment I started reading though I knew I was going to enjoy this. It seems to be very well researched and cleverly put together to show the aftereffects of Grace's death on the rest of the family and does this so well even in a few short pages. The grief, anxiety and pain are felt through each line and interaction. I also really like the way the author describes the environment, which almost feels like you are there.... And I am still so intrigued to find out what the first page is about.... I will definitely be getting this book when it comes out!
