Okay, so the Russian mafia storyline was a little far fetched, but that aside, this book was actually pretty great. It had me hooked from the word go, kept me guessing throughout and made me question some of the fundamental truths we think we know about ourselves.
While Sarah's like spirals out of control in a way most people can't relate to, her situation is one that many can sympathise with. Loving mother of two, this immediately sets the stakes and makes the reader rally behind her. Not to mention, her ass of a boss, well... We've all met one of his kind before at least once, right? And in our day and age, with the rights of women at the forefront of the news, this book couldn't be more appropriate. This is just one of the things I loved about this book.
