Not a massive fan of this one compared to the two other T M Logan books I’ve read as it felt a little like not much really happened and the pace was quite slow. It also seemed quite predictable in the first half of the book compared to The Catch or The Holiday which I found more exciting/interesting. It is a very interesting read and I love the idea and the storyline of the book but I just didn’t quite feel very captivated by it.
It is dramatic and full of suspense toward the second half of the book and does take on a different approach to the typical “who dunnit” murder book.
Overall, I would say that it’s a good book, but doesn’t live up to the thrill and mystery that is built up in other books written by T.M.Logan. Despite this not being one of my favourite books by this author, I would still recommend that it is worth a read, as there is definitely a unique storyline there...
