I was drawn to the cover immediately as it suggests a tense atmosphere of time running out which is always exciting in a thriller. Once I began reading the First Impression I got even more excited to read this book as it is seemingly set in the current circumstance with the lockdown, adding an isolating feeling to the thriller and making it even more intriguing for how a murder could have taken place. It has left me with so many questions on what may have lead to the police showing up and who's body it is making me desperate to pick up this book, especially as the main characters met in a mundane supermarket suggesting this could have happened to anybody. I am so excited to read this book!
