I love the opening to this book - the neighbours all waiting round and watching and the mystery of what is in the apartment. So tense! It would definitely make me want to read on, even when the next scene flashes back to an innocuous scene in a supermarket. I love the Dublin setting and the fact that this seems like a pacy and gripping read.
