From start to finish, 56 Days was a thoroughly engaging read. With a well-written plot and a good pace, there are no sections which I believe to be lacking, either in thought or action. The plot is neatly resolved in a way showing clear and concise professionalism! There are no major flaws or needless subplots which add nothing to the overall story. In terms of characters, each is well thought through and believable, for me there were no prominent opportunities for improvement.

In all, 56 Days was an amazing read, and I will happily read it again! Even the cover is perfect - an accurate depiction of the plot; there is no unnecessary use of over-detailing. 56 Days celebrates efficiency, it is a solid story without the frills and ruffles common of this genre (frequently designed to disguise major plot flaws and holes). I'd recommend it to anyone!
