I devoured 56 days yesterday!
A chance meeting in a supermarket, a blossoming new relationship, a bucket full of secrets, the covid pandemic, lockdown…..56 days later a dead body.
I loooved trying to guess my way through this!! I was WRONG!! Oliver & Ciara’s relationship was so sweet - albeit cautious because they were both hiding secrets. I loved the banter between Lee & Karl (detectives) it just added real lighter funnier moments to the darker chapters.
Totally addictive reading! Loved it!!
The cover is perfect and really suits the over all feel of the book.
If you are a thriller fan I cannot recommend Catherine’s books enough, I’ve now read 3 of her most recent titles and have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one. She is fast becoming one of my go to authors for this genre. I read lots of thrillers but hers really do stand out for me!
