It was interesting to read a novel which is set within Covid and lockdown times, a genre that is rapidly on the rise.
I very much enjoyed the back and forth between timelines and from different character point of views, though this may be a turn off for others and can come across as repetitive. However it is interesting seeing the point of view of an event from different characters.
It is highly disturbing but also not far out there to not be a situation that could happen. Lockdown likely did make some people rush into living together in order to not be apart from a lover especially when initially they did not think it would happen for as long as it has. Covid likely was responsible for many relationship problems in one way or another.
