To start with, Catherine Ryan Howard, I would like to formally thank you for bringing this book into existence, for that I will be forever grateful.

Alright, so when I saw that 56 Days was set in Covid-19 times, at first I was a bit sceptical and also curious, but I was pleasantly surprised🥰

I liked how Catherine kept switching between the periods of time, although, at first it was a bit confusing, but I got used to it quickly, and also realised that it was actually a very smart format for the book, and the revealing if the secrets and lies.

Additionally, I found it interesting to see how lockdowns were like for other people as well as in other countries🗺️

I absolutely LOVED the plot twist, I was NOT expecting it! And I really liked the characters, especially Oliver, although he was a bit weird at times (which you do end up understanding later on).

I love crime and mystery books, so that was already a great incentive for reading this book, but Jane Casey ( who I absolutely adore😍) had written on the cover "The Queen of high-concept crime fiction" , so I trusted her - obviously - and I am so glad that I did.

Just, read it, please.❤️

Also, the cover (which is different from the picture shown on here as the cover) was really nice; simplistic in a beautiful way.

I would like to thank Readers First for gifting me an ARC of this book❤️
