This book is great, quick punchy chapters and a totally engaging read!

I don't want to put any spoilers in this review because it would be so easy to trip up and ruin someone else enjoyment of what is a brilliantly twisty read. The story jumps around in a timeline of a few months following our two main characters and the detectives called in when a body is found. All the action takes place around lockdown last spring which adds a certain intensity to an already gripping story, but obviously needs considering if you aren't ready to read around the subject yet.

Having loved The Nothing Man last year I knew I needed to read this one and I'm so glad I picked it up. Another riveting read that I just couldn't put down. Twisty, slick and gripping. Catherine Ryan Howard is rapidly becoming one of my 'must buy' authors and I can't wait to see what's coming next.
