I'm such a huge fan of this authors work and have been hugely anticipating her latest release 56 days. As with her other books it's completely gripping right from the start only this time offering an interesting new premises with this being the first book I've read that deals with the reality of covid and lockdown. The horror is amplified not only by what is going on in the world currently with covid but by the interesting idea that who you have entered lockdown with could be a danger to you.
It's such a unique and yet currently all too real set up for a thriller and because of that has been on my most anticipated books of 2021 list since I heard about it last year after watching an interview with the author.
I'm immediately gripped by this story and am so curious to keep on reading to find out what happens and how this plot unfolds! Highly recommended!
