This blew my mind. A thriller revolving around the coronavirus and lockdown sounded so interesting and it definitely lived up to the hype and the interest.
I was really invested in the characters which actually surprised me because I do not always love characters in thrillers. Ciara was such a GIRLBOSS honestly I loved her. I felt very connected with both Ciara and Oliver.
I did predict the ending and the plot which I thought would make the book boring but I still really enjoyed it and to be honest I'm such an overthinker that i think for most people the twist would be surprising haha.
I really want to read more from Catherine Ryan Howard because usually thrillers are quite boring for me ... but this one was so fricking good I just want more!! It doesn't quite reach 5 stars though because it did take me like 100 pages to get into it... but it was worth it!! Definitely check it out.
