It was difficult to get into after the first couple of chapters and found myself putting it down on more than one occasion due to loss of interest, unfortunately. However once the storyline started to progress further into the setting and the pace began to pick up, I found that I could indulge myself into it completely.
It is a good Christmas read and definitely got my Christmas spirit flowing out early this year. I would recommend this story to someone who has reached adulthood, this is because I found that it isn't what I would usually go for as a young adult reader. However it was a lovely story line. The characters were so lovely and simple, they really helped the story flow.
There isn't much more I could say about this story, apart from that I would re-read it around Christmas time where I feel the mood is more fitting for the type of story that it is.
