I have read and very much enjoyed the first two books in this series so i was happy to receive the third. It’s not a necessity to have read the others in the series but it does give you much more depth and background to the characters and their history so I would recommend it. If you enjoy historical fiction books it’s definitely worth giving these a read. I ding them very enjoyable
It was great to catch up with everyone and the happenings at the Buckingham hotel since the last book. As always this book is packed with action and there is plenty going on to hold your attention and keep you turning the pages.
I particularly enjoy Anton Du Beke’s writing style and the way he develops and describes the characters he creates. It helps you to imagine them very clearly and few part of the action. I very much enjoyed this novel and indeed the two predecessors.
