I’ve read all three of the books in this series so far and I love how much it seems to be growing in its maturity as it progresses. The tag line states ‘Downton with dance’ and let me tell you it does not disappoint. The characters and setting of this book and in fact the entire series so far, is so vividly created it provides a level of escapism that I can only describe as flawless. I know it is very likely there may be some unexpected turns as this story continues as a whole and I eagerly await the next instalment. How I plan on filling my time until then is rereading but also listening to the audiobooks, as I am told they are equally as well done. With a smooth and easy listening tone to the narration. I have to say I felt and almost heard the author’s personality bleed through into the writing more in this book than the previous two, which shows me how attentive and truly invested he is in truly creating something unforgettable.
