This book sounds so exciting and riveting. The story follows on after Edmund has been missing presumed dead 18months previously and Amelia has fallen in love with Luke a physician. On Amelia’s 25th birthday she receives a letter to say that Edmund is on his way home. Amelia is very torn as she loves Luke passionately. Edmund returns and it is obvious that whatever he had been through had affected him both mentally and physically and Amelia was determined to nurse him back to normal health. I look forward to reading to see how Amelia gets to the bottom of where Edmund has been and also as to how it’s affected him. Who will Amelia choose in the end Luke or Edmund and what will her reasons be for the choice.
