This isn't something I would normally pick up in regards to time and setting (18th Century), so I'm glad I got the opportunity to read the first impression. This book makes you sympathise with the decision that Amelia has to make between Edmund and Luke. It's a nice romantic novel with a suspense to it, I want to find out what happened to Edmund!
