I'm not a fan of sagas and historical fiction so this book doesn't hold much appeal. The cover isn't to my taste and the synopsis and extract feel too dated for my liking. This is the fifth novel in a series so I'm sure this book will be well received by those who have previously enjoyed this author's work. However, I don't feel that this is a book that I would want to read.
