I loved and adored this book. It took me a couple of weeks to read it as I have a busy lifestyle but I could not wait to get the odd five - ten minute opportunities to blitz through some of the chapters of this book.
I was right there with the main character much of the way as she felt torn in two. who to pick her beloved that she was betrothed to for so long or the love she found along the way as she healed form the loss of her fiancé.
I enjoyed the mystery as it unfolded of her fiancé coming back so different, so changed and angry and how this was further navigated.
This book was written well and was a joy to read. It was emotive and had me crying and aching at times. It must have been such a difficult choice to even begin to move on from what the main character thought of as the death of the person she loved most in the world.
The end of the chapters went through a lot of different herbs and remedies on what they may be used for which what different and very interesting.
