The Cornish Betrothal by Nicola Pryce was an alright book to read....
Even though, it didn’t grip me like I expect a book to, The Cornish Betrothal was an easy read with a core of feeling and beauty that I come to expect of historical romances.I will say it was excellently writte and was the first book of mine from Nicola Pryce, but i just couldnt engage with the characters and the storyline, perhaps it was because its not really my genre, im not sure. would i read another book from her is the question? maybe but probably not. It wasn't as captivating to me as a reader and some parts did bore me a bit so...............
I would recommend it to a friend who i would know would love a book like this as this isnt a type of genre im attracted to in the first place, hence my slight boredom of the book ahhh!! also i personally think the cover is really attractive itself!
