I knew I’d like this book just by the cover. It was set in a bygone era and the values of the story reflect this. I like the way the moral,dilemma unfolds about a past love she thought was gone and the new love she has found. You know it’s going to be a what if book. It doesn’t disappoint and goes backwards and forwards with this dilemma. Your really hopeful of the outcome and not wanting to spoil the book I sort of knew how I really wanted it to end. Lovers of historical stories will not be disappointed and the way the era is described makes you feel as if your there and just watching the story unfold. I like the characters which are all strong and believable you just get into the way the story goes and how it begins to face the dilemma and the solutions that start to unfold. Read this book if you like this era and the characters will show you the way through the pages!
