I liked the way the book is fast paced from the start and quickly engages the reader. The characters are introduced and the reader wants to learn more about them and the world they inhabit. The cold is described so well I could picture it even shivered as if I was there. I'm interested to carry on reading the novel to see how the story and characters progress. It had suspense from the outset.
