I found all of this author's books to be suspenseful, well written, an easy read and informative. I found it hard to put the book down once I started reading it, the author quickly builds suspense and has you guessing potential twists and turns in the plot.

In this particular book the focus seems to be around the attitude torwards homosexuality in Eastern Germany during this time and medical experiemention agreed by the Stasi in order to promote the economic growth. The author writes well, its an easy read and a must for all those that enjoy a good thriller. I can't wait for the next installment to the series!
