This was my first time reading a book by Anne Holt, and I thoroughly enjoyed her unique style of writing. I liked how in the first few chapters we were introduced to a different character each chapter, and were immersed into their worlds. It kept me guessing on who they were and how they were all linked and I wanted to read more to find out!
The cover also intrigued me, I felt it was plain but effective and helped set the scene for me on the characters and plot.
