The cover of this novel pulled me in, and so did the blurb. I found the plot and storyline to be very interesting. The writing style was beautiful and made me want to read more.
However, too many characters were introduced in the beginning. There were about four or five chapters, and each was narrated by a different character. I found this to be incredibly confusing as I could not keep track of who was who. Therefore, the characters weren’t really memorable since I couldn’t even keep up. But the characters did seem to be realistic, intriguing and have a great personality.
Overall, I think I would enjoy this novel if the characters weee gradually introduced.
