Absolutely loved this book, such an incredible setting that really lured me into the story and made me feel a million miles from home. Sat reading this in a heat wave back home i still felt cold at times, almost like I was in snowy Scandinavia! If you love stories where the setting is the star of the show then you'll really enjoy delving into this book.
The plot was fast paced and dark with a vivacious cast of characters. Without giving too much away I loved the relationships between the characters and how they developed as the story progressed. I was left wanting more when i got to the end of this one and i'll definitely be looking for more of Anne Holt's books in the future. If you love the likes of Jo Nesbo then this is the book for you!
