I really enjoyed the style of this book as Anne Holt would write chapters from the point of every character. For example Hege, Jan and then Selma, for me this made the story more interesting. I found the main character Selma to be slightly annoying as she didn’t have much feeling. The story got more complex as the book went on and the base of the crime was different from usual crime books as they were skiers. However because the book was translated from Norwegian some of the detail was lost in translation and missed. This made the story slightly confusing at some points but it was still bearable. I would recommend this book to anyone as the story was easy to follow at most points and varied between the characters. You could piece the story together like you were a detective.
